Redesigning Paris urban OUTDOOR selective WASTE station

Project realized at ENSCI les Ateliers, City of Paris, 2018

SUSPENSIO is a suspended and vegetalized urban selective waste station. Its ground relation simplify all the problems of anchoring, positioning and maintenance in the public space. The system consists of a variable section structure made of cast iron. It is designed to host five rotomoulded polyethylene bins (Glass, Plastic / Metal, Paper, Cardboard, Textile) fitted with pre-cultivated trays for plants on their upper partition and a hatch opening at the bottom. All of the bins from the station are collected by an automated gripping units system from the top.
